FAQs
Can we refund or reschedule our booking?
We can offer reschedules of sessions with advanced notice.
We will not reschedule a session when cancelled on the same day as your booking.*
*Unless in exceptional circumstances.

What age are the sessions?
Generally during the week our sessions are 0-5 years old. We have had babies as little as 3 days old join us, there isn't such a thing as "too young"!
During half term & school holidays, our age demographic increases to approximately 0-10 years.
Why?
Because our volunteers bring their own older children, juniors come with their smaller siblings and because families need somewhere affordable for the children to enjoy.

Can we bring our own food?
Absolutely! We have a small range of snacks onsite for nibbles and we have our Rainbow Party Room to enjoy a feast together. We have 4 highchairs onsite.

Do you have allergen friendly options?
We have Gluten Free, Egg Free, Dairy Free within our collection of snacks & cookies and we serve Dairy or Oat Milk with our Free Cuppas - whichever you prefer!

Where can I park?
We have 5 allocated spaces in the first car park to the left as you enter. Look out for our logo on the kerb or a 4 or a 5 painted in front of the space. Woodlands Lane (the long entry road) is also free parking!

Our team of 8 Hub Volunteers are WONDERFUL but they are also very REAL.
We have many children between us all - 23 to be precise and we are ready to talk SHOP - Parent, Adult, LIFE.
You will feel at home, comfortable & confident in our company.
We also are READY to hold or help with any infant you need us to support you with as soon as you come through the door.
Our staff are DBS Checked, First Aid Trained, Fire Safety Marshalls, Safeguarding trained .

What is the Mamas Monthly Membership?
Buy a membership and book ANY day for 1 month..... UNLIMITED!
We are open 9.30am-12.15pm and you can enter at ANY time and Exit whenever you like.
You can use the pass as many times as you like within the 1 month membership.
You still MUST book into the sessions.
