Q: What's included in the hire cost? 

A: EVERYTHING! Every room within our Play & Party Space - Check them all out...

Q: Are there Numbers Restrictions?

A: We recommend 50 people for your comfort within our space & seats we have.

Q: Can we bring our own food & drink?

A: Ofcourse! We only ask that you to keep all food inc cake in the Forest Dining Area. NO FOOD will be permitted ANYWHERE else. We do not have an oven to cook onsite.

There is a £35 cleaning fee charge if this isn't adhered to.

Q: What does our Optional Eco Package contain?

A: Reuseable Plastic Cups, Plates, Bowls & Cutlery plus 2 Squash Jugs. Adult Mugs, Metal Cutlery & 2 Kettles.

There are enough equipment pieces for 30-40 Children & Adults easily.

Plus washing up tools & dishwasher tabs!

(Our Eco Package will contain Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Squash - you just need to bring Milk)

Q: Is there Wifi or a Music System onsite?​​

A: Yes to both! If you require further info, please do message us.

Q: Do we need to include Set Up & Clean Up time in our booking?

Yes 100%. We get asked this frequently, we cannot allow extra free time.

You must ensure the Play & Party Space is clean and tidy after your use, for other parties to enjoy.

We have lots of overheads for Mamas Bristol including electricity & water... In 2025 if we gave each party 15 mins to set up, we'd have given away 69.5 hours of time or £4,517.50 plus all the electricity costs!

Q: What is the Minimum & Maximum Hire Time?

A: 2 hours minimum to include Party & Clean up time. Maximum - NONE!

Q: What Age range do we accept/recommend?

A: 0-10 years is the public feedback for our parties!

We accept requests from any age, including adult SEND hire. If you think you'd like a party with us, we'd love to have you!

Q: Can we have a party at 9:30/10/10:30/11am?

A: Unfortunately not. We cannot facilitate start times that leave gaps in our hire. We have to maximise our Hire Times for our organisation & our customers.
