EVERYONE must have a purchased ticket. Our venue is suitable for a variety of ages and we aim to be as affordable as possible, as a not for profit organisation. Please remove all shoes on entry. Food to be consumed in Rainbow room, not in our main areas or zone rooms. Drinks can be consumed within the Hub responsibly. Bouncy sessions, BOUNCING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, Disclaimer & Liability is on the wall next to the Bouncy Castle within Hub. To reschedule your Stay & Play tickets, we MUST ask for prior notice - up to 10pm the night before your ticketed session to allow for the administration completion. We will rebook your tickets at a future date chosen by you, within reason. (If times are changed or the session has additional cost, we will inform you of this and additional payments can be taken if required).
