Cancellation Policy
EVERYONE must have a purchased ticket including babies. Our venue is suitable for a variety of ages and we aim to be as affordable as possible, as a not for profit organisation. Please remove all shoes on entry. Food to be consumed in our Forest Dining area, not in our main areas or zone rooms. Adult Drinks can be consumed with LIDS in our zones. BOUNCING & SLIDING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, Disclaimer & Liability is on our website. To reschedule your Stay & Play tickets, we MUST be informed by 10pm the night BEFORE your ticketed session. We can reschedule your tickets at a future date chosen by you, within reason. (If times are changed or the session has additional cost, we will inform you of this).
