We have a minimum hire time of 2 hours for Parties, we recommend 40-50 guests comfortably, and there is genuinely something for everyone.
Perfect for 0-10 year olds.

Q: What's included in the hire cost?
A: EVERYTHING! Every room within our Hub - Check them all out...

Q: Are there Numbers Restrictions?
A: We recommend 50 people for your comfort within our space & seats we have.

Q: Can we bring our own food & drink?
A: Ofcourse! We only ask that you to keep all food inc cake in the Rainbow Party Room to keep all our equipment clean.

Q: What does our Optional Eco Package contain?
A: Reuseable Plastic Cups, Plates, Bowls & Cutlery plus 2 Squash Jugs. Adult Mugs, Metal Cutlery & 2 Kettles. Plus washing up tools & dishwasher tabs!
(In 2025, our Eco Package will contain Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Squash)

Q: Is there Wifi or a Music System onsite?​​
A: Yes to both! If you require further info, please do message us.

Q: Do we need to include Set Up & Clean Up time in our booking?
Yes 100%. We get asked this frequently, we cannot give away extra free time.
You must ensure the Hub is clean and tidy after your use, for other parties to enjoy the Hub.
We have lots of overheads for The Mamas Hub including electricity & water... In 2023, if we gave each party 15 mins to set up, we'd have given away 56 hours of time or £3,375 plus all the electricity costs!

Q: What is the Minimum & Maximum Hire Time?
A: 2 hours minimum to include party & Clean up time. Maximum - NONE!

Q: What Age range do we accept/recommend?
A: 0-10 years is the public feedback for our parties!
We accept requests from any age, including adult SEN hire. If you think you'd like a party with us, we'd love to have you!
